27 Weeks of Pregnancy

How your baby's growing:
This week, your baby weighs almost 2 pounds (about the size of a head of cauliflower) and is about 14 1/2 inches long with her legs extended. She's sleeping and waking at regular intervals, opening and closing her eyes, and perhaps even sucking her fingers. With more brain tissue developing, your baby's brain is very active now. While her lungs are still immature, they would be capable of functioning — with a lot of medical help — if she were to be born now. Chalk up any tiny rhythmic movements you may be feeling to a case of baby hiccups, which may be common from now on. Each episode usually lasts only a few moments, and they don't bother her, so just relax and enjoy the tickle. - source:

How am I feeling this week?
·        Just recently got my one hour glucose test result which was done last Saturday, Sept. 13 and the results show a higher glucose in my system. It isn't fun as I have to undergo with the 3-hour glucose test to ensure whether or not I have a gestational diabetes which isn't good at all and not fun. I do need your prayers to have a negative results in order to continue having a fun pregnancy.
·        More of the babies kicking, squirming and punching.
·        I do have short sleeps at night, and whether I slept earlier whenever I get up to answer a nature's call, it's so hard to go back to fall asleep.
·        More excited of active the baby is now, can feel its tumbling and turning
·        More progress inside of the baby

·        And got my glucose test as well as anemia test result done this week too, only have to be worried as I do have a high glucose test results which I need to go back and do the 3-hour test this week.
