5 Reasons Why We Should Cycle to Work

It’s no secret: people who exercise regularly are healthier and generally live longer. Exercise decreases your risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes. Riding to work provides daily exercise and you will reap the health benefits. Studies show that regular cycling can cut the risk of heart disease by up to 50 percent.  Physical activity, like riding, helps hasten the movement of food through the large intestine, which in turn limits the quantity of water absorbed back into the body.   1. Oh my hubs has been bugging me about this but I just can't budge. Manila motorists can be crazy and the problem with riding a bike is that you have nothing to shield your body from impact.
