Homemade Blueberry Cheesecake

Baking is one of my favorite past time whenever I get bored, particularly during winter when all you can see is white snow outside and freeze. I’ve never learned to bake anything until I got married, I suppose in order to have a harmonious life you have to learn and do something for your family while staying at home. It doesn’t need to be big time, hence working on something that would make you feel good whenever they appreciate your work.

I slacked whenever I am not in the mood, I’m sure it’s what most people do once in a while. I have this thing that I usually assume and don’t read the recipe first before making them and so there are times that it’s basically blah. I don’t know, but I need to take that habit away.

Anyways, I made a simple blueberry cheesecake last New Year. It’s a big circle, sweet, with my superstitious belief something like this would bring a big fortunate for my family and I the whole year. It might not make sense for those who don’t have any superstitious beliefs. There’s nothing wrong either if I’ll just do the things I’ve grown up with.
Blueberry Cheesecake is very simple and quick to bake. Of course, I made my own crusts, as I believe I am an expert when it comes to making homemade version rather than buying a ready-made, which could save you a lot.
