Losing memory

photo from google search
I am not surely positive but I will definitely ask my physician the next time, I’ll see her on my annual checkup. I have to admit before I normally delivered my son I have some memory problems, which I sometimes forget to tell. This gets worse when I get older, and just recently there are times I remembered that my husband kisses my son and I before he goes to work in the morning. There are times, I mostly remember them, then I go back to sleep however just today I didn’t remember that he did it. I woke up around 8:15am and he is already at work, not remembering a thing about him kissing us nor heard the car turned on.

Thus, this morning I sent him a message and asked. He mentioned that I did the usual thing, I even replied him the same and routinely words every time he left for work. In which, I have no memory of doing it. What is wrong with my memory? Should I eat or drink more food that is rich in nutrients for my brain?

What about you, have you ever experienced this incident? What did you do?

  2. I think you should just ask your doctor - research and checking up at the same time. I have heard this is mostly normal due to pregnancy.

  3. Getting older is just a natural thing, forgetfullness, but don't strain your mind about it. Take some medicine for alerting your mind daily; do some activities that can use your brain to think or solve, it helps a lot.

  4. One cause of the sudden memory loss is the anesthesia in our system during previous operations or treatments.

  5. You are not alone Nov, I get forgetful too when my day is busy and there's a lot going on in my mind. I usually write on paper what I need to do for the whole day or else I will forget it.
