Working out

In my other blog, I have mentioned that I have done this Butt Challenge. It is being the 6th day of the challenge. I feel sore in my upper legs, it's funny because after squatting for the numbers it has. That is the time I am feeling the soreness of my muscles. After awhile, it goes away. I guess because I have been doing it and never skips the challenge except for the rest day. I get used to the squatting. We will see where it gets me and how effective this squat challenge for me. 

I do hope this is the beginning of my working out come back. It has been a very long time since I workout to tone my muscles.

    1. I did 50 squats today without a problem. When I started two days ago, I can only do 35 lol. I have to stop a couple of times though as I was using my 6 pounds medicine ball as well while doing my squats. Working on my butt as well as my arms, oh diva hehehe

  8. Just in time for swimsuit season. I will begin my challenge in 21 days and am actually scared. It is one of the intense ones and I just want to live past the first week. You are doing great can not wait to read if it works.

  11. I have tried squats. They are just not for me. I have bad hips so no matter how bad I want that firm booty...my hips suffer!
