Kutchinta I miss you

Let's get rest of the cool stuff first. Want to feature my homemade Kutsinta. I reminisced those days that whenever I would like to eat this dessert, all I want to do is ask and someone will cook it for me. Now, I have to do it on my own in order to fulfill my craving. This is the first time that I ever made this desert; it turned out awesome, and made only a little to make sure I won’t waste some of the ingredients.

The ingredients and procedure is so easy to do. So, I will definitely make this again. No shredded coconut on top, I choose the Filipino Cheese over the cheese we have here. Just love the taste when it goes with this food.
